Independent Colonial House: â€œCasa de Cusaâ€ located in the Traditional Center of Pinar del Río city. It has porch, living-dining room, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom each one, kitchen, backyard and terrace (for getting Sun). IMPORTANT: The price at home is in Euros To only 100 meters is the Central Station (Viazul). Near the Commercial Center, banks and trip's agency (100 meters). In the house there is Wifi Internet Service. The family lives beside the rent. For each night, the house can be rented completely, or each bedroom can be rented independently. Offer too: breakfast, lunch and dinner, taxi service, laundry and we prepare excursion. The house is located only 25 minutes from the Tourist pole Viñales Valley. Speak Spanish, English and Italian language. SPANISH Independent Colonial House: "Casa de Cusa": with portal, living-dining room, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom each, kitchen, terrace for sunbathing and patio.located in the center of the traditional city, just 100 meters from the bus terminal (Viazul). 100 meters from the shopping center, banks and travel agencies. In addition to Spanish, we communicate in English and Italian. From our house you can visit several places of interest such as: Tobacco factory (10 minutes walking), Guayabita del Pinar Factory (native drink, it is only produced here) 5 minutes walking, the Viñales valley (25 minutes), las Vegas de Tabaco Robaina (20 minutes), Cayo Jutías and Cayo levisa (1 hour away) with their spectacular beaches. The International Diving Center Â¨María la GordaÂ¨, 2 hours by car. The Community Â¨las TerrazasÂ¨ and Soroa with its orchid garden, 1 hour by car. Parque la Güira in the "Hacienda Cortina", 45 minutes by car. Artisanal workshop of tobacco Humidors, 5 minutes by car. In addition to Spanish, we communicate in English and Italian.

Very nice looking house that is located only a few minutes walking from the Viazul bus station. The room was very big and clean and the house has a nice terrace of the roof. Luis is a great host who not only brought me breakfast at 6:30 but also walked me to the bus station and showed me both the location of where the bus departs and the location to get my boarding pass (the bus station is kind of a maze when you are not familiar with it). He also gave me some very nice advice about what to see and where to eat. I recommend this casa to everybody who is visiting Pinar del Rio, especially when they arrive or leave by bus.

Great Casa! Sleeping in an old traditional Cuban house in the center of Pinar del Rio. Very close to busstation (Viazul). Luis gave us a lot of useful information. We made a tour to "Hombre Habano" and enjoyed this visit (tabaco farm) very much. Fijne Casa! Wij waren de enige gasten (2 kamers) en hadden het hele huis voor onszelf. Prima gelegen, in het centrum en op loopafstand van het busstation. Luis spreekt goed Engels en geeft veel nuttige informatie. Wij hebben via hem een toertje geregeld naar een tabaksplantage ( Hombre Habano) Dat was geweldig! Niet zo toeristisch als Vinales, echt een aanrader. De koelkast is gevuld met bier, water en limonade tegen zeer redelijke prijzen. Ontbijt is ook prima. Aanrader!

We've had a very nice stay in Luis his casa. Also enjoyed the fresh lobster very much! The room was comfortable and beds were fine. Location is very near to center of the city.

We highly recommend Luis Guillermo’s place if you are planning to stay in the city of Pinar del Rio. The location was central, safe, and at a walking distance from local attractions, such as the “Francisco Donalien” tobacco factory and the “Guayabita del Pinar” liquor factory. The place itself was super clean, comfortable and provided plenty of privacy. Luis Guillermo was a fountain of information about the area and Cuba as a whole. His level of service exceeded our expectations. He walked us to the Viazul bus station to make sure that our reservation to go back to Habana was correct and arranged a taxi to take us to Vinales and its main attractions. The breakfast that was offered and served was delicious. We felt pampered and appreciated.

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit à PINAR DEL RIO. L'habitation de Luis Guillermo est sur le boulevard en plein centre ville, l'habitant n'habite pas sur place, et il peut y avoir des nuisances la nuit, de la musique très très fort pendant des heures dans la rue. La maison est relativement confortable, une petite terrasse sur le toit qui permet d'être un peu au calme, un réfrigérateur bien rempli, mais une salle de bain décevante, et la ville a finalement peu d'interet touristique. Nos alojamos una noche en Pinar del Río. La casa de Luis Guillermo está en el bulevar en el centro de la ciudad, los habitantes no viven en el lugar, y no puede haber una molestia en la noche, la música muy alta durante horas en la calle. La casa es relativamente cómodo, terraza pequeño techo que puede ser un poco de silencio, una nevera bien surtida, pero decepcionante cuarto de baño, y finalmente la ciudad tiene pocos interés turístico.
