Our house is a stand alone with lovely gardens. We are on a main road, but down a drive, so it's quieter. Open plan living, dining etc opening out to a lovely conservatory. Barbecue in back yard. We are located close to transport, shops, and restaurants. Approximately a 15min drive to beach.

Judy and Ray are very nice, warm and engaging people. They made me feel very welcome in their home and gave me good advice on travelling into and out of Wellington. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that the room is detached from the house and more particularly, the bathroom. Other than that everything was perfect!

The homestay at Judy and Ray place was really nice. The room provided was really nice. It was really quiet too and away from road noise. I was really happy staying with them. They gave me advice on where to go in Wellington. I enjoyed having a chat with them and they treated me like a member of their family. Also the place is easy access to Wellington City even by public transport. I highly recommend people that are visiting Wellington to stay with Judy and Ray.
