I'm a single independent sale professional. I live in the city of lake Worth in beautiful South Florida, conveniently located 10 minutes from the West Palm Beach International Airport (1 hour north of Miami and 2 hours south of Orlando). My house is in the north-east "historical" section of town called "College Park", just few minutes from our city's beach, parks, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can find out more about our city and attractions at tripadvisorAttractions-g34372-Activities-lake_Worth_Florida.html The house is a 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms/1office, with a large kitchen/dining room that opens into the living area. There is a garden on the front of the house and one in the back yard that is fenced in. Both gardens have raised dining/sitting areas. I have bicycles that my guests can borrow. Very clean and well behaved pets are welcome with required deposit.

Home away from home, Piero is a great host very accommodating. Great outdoor spaces in the backyard and front yard with garden furniture and BBQ for grilling. Good size bedroom, comfortable bed, with T V and ample cupboard and chest of drawers for clothes. Access to my own bathroom just outside my bedroom. Good size eat in kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable living room with couch and chairs and T V Loved having my morning coffee outside listening to the birds. In the historic district of Lake Worth with grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. You can bike to the intercoastal in 10 minutes or drive to the beach in 15 minutes. One golf course 5 minutes away many others 15-20 minutes

Piero is a real gentleman who made me feel welcome even before I set foot in his home. His house is immaculate with a cozy back yard and lots of native plants. It was a perfect home-base during my summer internship in Atlantis, FL. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and I enjoyed walks down to the shore every morning. It is conveniently located in Historical College Park with lots of restaurants and shops to explore as well as easy access to I-95. Highly recommended for singles and couples.
