Semi-detached house in Templeogue with easy access to the city and the M50. A quiet leafy street in a very safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to Templeogue Village with frequent bus services routes 15 (24 hr route), 49 and 65b) via Terenure or Harold's Cross to downtown area. Bus route 75 will take you to Dun laoghaire via Dundrum. The village has restaurants, coffee shop and a nice local pub. Rathfarnham Shopping Centre a 5 min walk away. Public swimming pools and gyms within walking distance. lovely local parks close by and the Dublin Mountains in full view. Single room available with bathroom just beside. There is a large rear garden with patio to relax on. There is a separate living room for use downstairs and house has cable TV and broadband internet. Also suitable for long term student. Easy commute to Trinity College, RCSI, DIT and UCD. Host is Covid vaccinated.

English: Dona Bernadette is a very dear person, an excellent hostess, super polite and helpful, she has a huge heart. In addition, the house is well located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, with 24-hour transport. The room is big and spacious, wardrobe with space and quiet and organized house. I loved the experience of being a guest of Dona Bernadette and I highly recommend it! She has become a very special person to me and whenever possible, I will visit her! ___________________________ Portuguese: A dona Bernadette é uma pessoa muito querida, uma anfitriã excelente, super educada e prestativa, possui um coração enorme. Além disso, a casa é bem localizada em uma rua tranquila de um bairro residencial, possui transporte 24h. O quarto é grande e espaçoso, guarda roupa com espaço e casa silenciosa e organizada. Amei a experiência de ser hóspede da dona Bernadette e indico demais! Ela se tornou uma pessoa muito especial para mim e sempre que possível, irei visitá-la!

Bernadette is a great host. She's a lovely lady who tries to support you as much as she can, let it be apartment search, PPSN applications etc. I had a very nice time while staying with Bernadette.

Bernadette is awesome! She was very friendly and supportive all the time and helpful with things I needed to do around here. Her house is beautiful, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The house is just 5 min walking to the bus stop where you can get 4 different buses to get to the city center which is about 25 or 30 min away. She will act not only as your host but also as a friend! Very recommended stay!
