We have a lovely Victorian family home in North london nearby with local shops, restaurants and a variety of beautiful parks. We are only 2 minutes walk from the Underground / Metro Station. Very easy and quick Journey to Central london. All the bedroom have been recently decorated two family bathrooms have been fully refurbished. The quoted price includes: Bed, Continental Breakfast , unlimited hot water, 1 load of washing per week and Wi-Fi internet connection. We have been Hosting Students for nearly four years. If you choose to book, you pay 15% at time of booking to Homestay.com , we also require part payment prior to arrival

The location is wonderful! Katie's reception is very welcoming and the breakfast is very good. The room is comfortable and clean. I recommend. However, be aware of the cancellation or change of location policies, because our flight was delayed 2 days and even though I warned you, I had to pay for all the daily rates!

Katie and Fuat are very friendly, kind and so hospitable. If you need something you can ask to them. The house is beautiful, neat and clean. It's really close to the underground, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Poundland and Wood Green shopping center. They have two little kids, and they are so cute. I have been in their house for 2 months and was a pleasure. I hope that everyone enjoy their time in this house!

I stayed 4 months at Kate's home, and Kate's family is really friendly, ready to help if needed. The house is nicely decorated and I think the location is the most convenient we can possibly find (we can see the tube station from the window). I highly recommand Kate's home for short or long term, but as some already said, you must not fear the noise from the energetic little boy (continuously shouting).
