We live in the most sought after suburb namely Grassy Park a walk away from the Suburb Zeekoeivlei in Cape town. Its a quiet area and you will enjoy peaceful nights. Our area is a very popular student and volunteer suburb. Our house has 5 bedrooms each room only have 2 beds each. There are many Hot and cold water showers and toilets. There is a lovely comfortable TV -lounge to relax and read or watch movies. We cater for families too ! Down the road is a very large Sportsfield with very fresh grassy lawn where you can do excercise, practice sports and some running. The Beach, namely Muizenberg, the most famous Surfer Beach is only 5 kilometres away by car. Cape Point Nature reserve is a mere 30 kilometres and you will surely have to pass the Penguin Beach too.... We are situated only 5 minutes walk from the famous Rondevlei Nature Reserve where a family of 8 live Hippopotamus family stays. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by my 2 talking parrots. We have a lovely barbeque area for recreation and a hangout spot under a fantastic enclosed under- cover. A beautiful area/suburb surrounded by a lake, namely Zeekoeivlei is a street away from us. You can go do running, jogging and cycling or just an evening stroll in the warm summer nights. You will enjoy hearty HAlAAl buffet dinners every night . Typical south African dishes will be on the yummy menu too! don't hesitate to plan your budget stay here in Cape Town. laundry services and also offer WiFi are offered. We have a TV room for the late nighters who wants to watch movies . Transport with UBER is extremely reliable to get you anywhere in Cape town. Your Rented car can safely park in the covered and locked up are by night. Uber is quite popular to get anywhere. We also offer a transport service if you need to get to places. Aslam my husband is a driver for a Hotel and he loves taking people to the Wine-routes, Tablemountain, Robben Island and whale watching. You can enjoy after dinner walks with me alongside the lakes. this is awesome and great for the joggers to keep them fit. Feel free to enjoy the Capetown experience here in the Mother City.....

Lovely secure place in Cape Town! I could not imagine that it is possible to sleep in Cape Town with the gate open at night! The area is not crowded as other places in CT and Auntie has parrots and friendly dogs for those who love animals! And ooh, to the ladies, the kitchen is well equiped, all the electronics and utensils are there for you to use, as for the guys, free fast wifi is available to stream the sport of your choice online :-). The area is also close to many other amenities and it is easy to access the major roads from this location.

She's a lovely person who makes you confortable and help you to have a wonderful experience in Cape Town. You will not be worried about anything anymore.
