We like to share it, the spot is friendly and silent, possible to join easily Pontedera Sant'Anna university and the nice art city such as Florence, Pisa, Volterra and lucca. Great place for solitude. The view from the room was golden. Wheels are a must, unless you have lots of patience, or don't mind a long walk, if you miss the infrequent local bus. You may hear church bells, or a tractor from down below. Diana is a cool host. Took me to an open air market/swap meet, and allowed me to join her on a trip to Florence, where I got to wander on my own. Two inquisitive cats, need I say more.
