Our house was building in 1923, from my ancestress., since 2005 we open our doors to the people around the World to visit Cuba. We are only from 3 blocks of the sea only one block from the main hospital in Cuba it's Almejeiras Hospital and very close from the old Havana and Vedado, you will live in the really Havana Center, close to everything. The house have 4 comfortables rooms, with private bathroom (hot water 24 hours) TV and refrigerator, conditioning and fan. We have one apartment with living room and kitchenette and one room with bathroom (hot water 24 hours) Tv, refrigerator and conditioning. All rooms and the apartment are very close from the principal common area it's the terrace, there we offer, breakfast in the morning and lunch or dinner like you prefer. Our food are elaborate with the best quality products and it's only for our guest. We speak Spanish and English languages, have parking very close to the house

My family and I were in Havana Cuba on Spring of 2018. Nora’s sister and her family were very helpful , lovely and friendly people. We have a great time in Cuba. We recommend them to stay in her home. Cuba and it’s people are wonderful. We never are going to forget our time in this beautiful island. My kids learned too much about Cuba and it’s history. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt der uns einen kleinen Einblick in das normale Leben in Havanna gab. Alle sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein, man bezahlt ja auch extra noch 5 cuc dafür. (eine 2. Tasse Kaffee und pro Gast mehr als 1,5 Brotstückchen etwas Wurst oder Käse zur Abwechslung wäre schön). Trotzdem hat es uns gut gefallen, wir konnten von dort aus alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und Havanna von einer Seite kennen lernen die nicht für Touristen aufgemotzt wurde.

Everything was excellent. The house, the location and the host. Nora and her husband are very nice people, they did everything for us. We just felt ourselfs like we are at home. And the brekfast and dinner options are just perfect! :) Thank you so much again for that unforgettable stay!

Das ist ein großartiges Haus. Man spricht englisch. Man wird rundum betreut. Frühstück, wenn gewünscht Abendessen. Terrasse steht zur Verfügung. Der Preis ist günstig. Etwas weit entfernt von der Altstadt. Der Prado und der zentrale Platz am Theater ist über einen längeren Spaziergang erreichbar. Sehr nahe ist der Malecon. Günstiger Preis. Gewaschen wurde für uns kostenlos. Obwohl ich drei Zimmer reserviert hatte und dann doch nur zwei wollte, mußte ich das dritte noch nicht mal für eine Nacht bezahlen. Kleine Mängel im Zimmer wurden sofort vom Inhaber sachkundig behoben. Meine Post wurde von der Vermieterin zum Postamt gebracht. Ich glaube es gibt in Havana keine Briefkästen. Jederzeit wieder

Muito boa qualidade preço, fica bem localizado para conhecer toda a cidade a pé. Ficamos duas pessoas num quarto twim (azul) entre 24 a 28NOV17. O quarto era sem janela com uma porta para o patio interior da casa, o que é habitual nas casas daquele tempo em Havana. Era limpo e organizado, com duas camas grandes, tudo funciona bem: televisão, frigorifico e o AC antigo também. O WC tinha tudo (com chuveiro) e sempre com agua quente. A casa é socegada (séria) e o patio/jardim era muito agradável. Vale a pena o pequeno almoço (<= 5CUC) e a refeiçao (<=12CUC). Na realidade a dona da casa é a Lenu de muito bom trato. Desuso que a Nora faz a gestão do aluguer dos quartos em plataformas na internet. Acedemos à sugestao do taxi para o nosso deslocamento para Varadero (25CUC cada) que nos falhou na viagem de retorno, mesmo com uma confirmaçao pelo telefone num dia anterior... pelo que não recomendo o taxista Dailán Aguiar Hernandes

Dear Nora, I would like to underline that we didn't stay in your place as nobody came to pick us up from the airport. You promised that you are going to arrange our transfer, moreover we ended up in midnight without accommodation. Nobody answered the provided phone number. Anyway we contacted homestay.com for this issue as it was really disappointing. We don´t recommend this home stay place. We had to find a new accommodation without internet so our first night in Havana was a nightmare.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Die Terrasse ist der absolute Pluspunkt. Die Nächte waren ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage. Das Appartment ist empfehlenswert.
