liliana has lived in this house in Miramar since she was born and now lives in it with her 21-year-old son, Mauricio. He's been renting for 23 years, so he knows the twist. He adapts his 4-bedroom house to the tastes of each client since the versatility of the house allows each guest to choose the rental spaces they want to occupy according to the style of the trip. The attention is totally personalized. liliana is a Historian and Chairs an environmental NGO in Havana, she also has a handmade cosmetics business, mainly soaps. Mauricio attends the University of Havana. The house is on 7th avenue, one of the most beautiful and leafy in Havana. It is close to the Monte Barreto Park, the lung of the Playa Municipality. On the top floor you can choose the Menta room attached to an independent kitchen with a balcony that accesses 7th avenue. You can choose it with kitchen option or not. On the ground floor there are two rooms that share a bathroom, one with a personal bed and the other with a double bed. It has access to a terrace with a plunge pool in the middle of a beautiful banana plantation, it has access to the main kitchen of the house. The old basement of the house was adapted for a very spacious room, the loft in Pallets, with two double beds and a separate Korean-style bathroom. All rooms have minibars. Each area is independent and has its own terrace, but it can be integrated into the whole house and make use of all the terraces and lounges at an additional cost to be agreed according to the required area. Depending on the stay, the total cleaning cost will be agreed for 24-hour service. If you want to rent the entire house, we can accommodate you after negotiation. If you only pay per room, you will only have access to the outdoor area, balcony or terrace closest to your room. All our terraces and the balcony are independent, private and spacious! We will make this your home in Miramar.

La casa tiene una situación muy buena en el barrio de Miramar, las habitaciones son limpias, grandes y cómodas, tiene buen servicio, desayuno completo, el único pero esta en el precio, nosotros estuvimos 2 noche alternas, la primera noche nos cobraron 65 € por la habitación mas el desayuno, y la segunda noche 100 €, por la habitación mas desayuno y limpieza, por cada botella pequeña de agua te cobran 1€, en la segunda noche tuvieron el detalle de poder disponer de la habitación hasta las 6 de la tarde, en la pagina de Homestay el precio aparece en dolares pero te cobran lo mismo en euros o en la moneda local.

Gran elección ,todo perfecto una gran casa ,lugar tranquilo en un barrio de los más bonitos de la ciudad para mi gusto ,volveremos!!
