Excellent homestay in Cardiff

Hello there! I'm Cindy, I live in a lovely home in a part of Cardiff called Penylan. I'm very near Roath Park lake where there is a beautiful rose garden, a boating lake and lots of wildlife. The location is wonderful and central. *Guests do not have access to the kitchen for cooking (tea or coffee is available in the bedroom)- There are several bus routes nearby which will take you into the city centre, taking about 10-15 mins or of course you can walk, taking about 40 mins. There is plenty to see in the city centre. Cardiff Castle is certainly worth a visit. The bay is lovely and full of restaurants for foodies to check out! The University Hospital of Wales is a 10 - 15 minute walk away or 3 minutes away by car. The engineering campus on Newport road is 15 minutes away by bus, walkable in 30-40 minutes also. Cardiff airport is 40 minutes away by car Bristol airport is 1 hour away by car Cardiff main Train station is in city centre - about 30 minutes away The bus stop 5 mins away from the home I have 4 extra bedrooms that I rent out, 1 being ensuite. The kitchen is out of bounds. Tea/coffee & kettle is in the room. I look forward to hearing from you!

My stay at Cindy's house was very pleasant. The house is located in a nice surrounding near the beautiful Roath Park. Cindy was very friendly and my room was nice and clean. All in all it was a great experience.

Very quite area of Cardiff. About a two and a half mile walk into town although there is a bus about every half hour. Parking was good and very good hosts. Spotlessly clean. Recommended.

Family very friendly and available for any help. House very clean and comfortable. My bedroom was very clean, aerated, comfortable and well-lit. Good breakfast. Good public service (bus) to go to the centre. House in a very quiet place with Cardiff view.
