Magdalena del Mar is a typical lima middle class neighborhood: nice, clean and safe. My apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The rental room is small but sufficient for 1 traveler. My apartment is furnished and equipped with wifi internet, hot water, cable tv, full kitchen, etc. Also the building has security 24 hours. The idea is to spend it cool and you feel comfortable. Do you like to ride a bike? Then, you're going to spend it cool because I can lend you one to walk around Magda, Pueblo libre, Miraflores, Barranco or wherever you want! It is not so difficult or dangerous. I go to work in Miraflores by bike and it takes me 25 min. I speak a little English and Portuguese. :)
