SElF SERVICE BREAKFAST INClUDED IN PRICE AlONG WITH WIFI AND AMENITIES. - I live in a leafy green suburb in South Dublin. My home is set in a picturesque development overlooking one of three lovely green parks. There are two tennis courts on the development for the use of the residents and guests. I enjoy gardening, movies and reading. My daughter (36) lives 2 hours away and is married and has given me two delightful little grand daughters and a little grandson. My son (35) has recently returned from New York and lives and works in Dublin. I provide bed and self service breakfast each day. WiFi and all bills included in the price quoted. I also provide towels and bed linen. A €500 security deposit is require upon booking which is fully refundable should no cost be incurred at the end of the agreed stay. I can only accept females who are fully Vaccinated. Please note - I have changed my name from Brigid to Ava!

First, I would like to express my most sincere thanks to Ava. I was very well received and treated with great affection from the first moment. I also had the opportunity to live with two more guests, very nice girls. Ava is an excellent hostess, always making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. She respects our privacy but is always available to help. Ava takes care of the house, guest laundry and dinner. She cooks very well, and the dinners were always wonderful, all done with great care. She was very patient so that we could have pleasant conversations, which is not easy because my English is still quite amateur. I chose this option because the room looked comfortable, included breakfast, dinner and laundry and mainly because the house was very close to UCD. But I didn't expect my experience to be so good, it exceeded my expectations. Ava made being away from home not seem so difficult. So, I recommend this homestay 100% and I just don't give more hearts because the maximum is 5.

Our stay at Ava's house was an excellent experience. The house is very comfortable, clean and cozy. In addition, Ava is a great woman, she welcomed us fantastically, we did not speak a bit of English and she had incredible patience to make our stay enjoyable. Her delicious meals and her perfect attention. If you need a place to stay in a beautiful place, surrounded by green areas and with excellent connectivity, we blindly recommend her house.

Ava is an amazing person and I would definitely recommend staying at her house! She will do everything to make you feel at home :) the rooms are cozy, the house is welcoming, and the neighbourhood is safe. I would have stayed for the whole year if only there was availability!

I enjoyed the stay at Ava's beautiful home very much and would absolutely recommend it. Ava was a wonderful host and made me feel welcome from the first day on. The bedroom and the house in general were very nice and clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the calm neighbourhood but could also visit the city centre at all times due to the proximity to several bus stations. But the best part of the stay were all the nice people I met, including, of course, Ava. Thank you, Ava, for the great stay and see you again soon!
