This two bedroom apartment is the top (second) floor of a traditional “maison Mentonaiseâ€, situated in a quiet courtyard, at the end of a small pedestrian alleyway off Avenue de Sospel. It is located close to central Menton and all local amenities and tourist facilities are close by. It is unusual to get such a quiet and secluded location so close to Menton town centre, with such convenient transport links along the Riviera and to Nice Airport. The beach is less than five minutes away. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living room, a main bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in nook. There is a A/C, TV, wireless internet and music system. Maximum accommodation is 4 people. Medium-long or short stays possible. Suitable for student rentals for a semester at Sciences Po University and Monaco University.
