Room for rent on the upper floor of a Duplex home, completely independent as it has a bathroom with shower and access to an outdoor terrace from the room itself. On the lower floor are the common areas (kitchen) and the owners' rooms. The house is located in an urbanization with a swimming pool that tenants can access. We are in a very quiet area, relaxed atmosphere and at the same time surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and nearby shops. We have the university 10 minutes walk away. We also have buses and tram very close to get to the city center of Alicante or the beaches. All this in about 20 minutes. In the house we live with a 47-year-old couple with a 13-year-old son. We also have a small and friendly Bichon Maltese breed dog. However, guests are left independent in the upper area of the house. We are health professionals, very calm people, relaxed atmosphere in the home, We do not include breakfast or meals, but access to the kitchen is allowed.
