We may have what you want- 2 FURNISHED ROOM - 30 MINUTES by bus TO SFU / FIC & Douglas College Available is a new room with all new furnishings including a new bed and shared laundry facilities. A desk, chair and lamp are in your study area. The furnished room is in a family home with a private entrance. The bathroom/shower area, Kitchen & Washer/Dryer will be shared with another person renting another room in the same area of the house. The students have access to their own fully equipped kitchen. You do your own cooking and grocery shopping. A refrigerator and freezer are available to you. Bus stop and Sky train are very close. Close to lougheed Mall and Coquitlam Center Mall, Simon Fraser University (SFU), FIC & Douglas College. We are in Port Moody close to Burnaby. (College Park area) Park with walking trails across the street. Beautiful mountain and water view in a safe quiet area. Utilities and internet included. Our home is close to SFU/FIC & Douglas College - bus ride from in front of our house to SFU is 30 minutes. The rent is $1000 Canadian per month. The damage/security deposit in the amount of $1,000 Canadian is due to secure the room.
