Hi I am a single retired professional male who lives in a newly renovated unit in Malvern. The student's bedroom overlooks a park with direct access to the park. The room is furnished with a desk chair and bookshelf there is a standard almost new bed and wardrobe. There is a short walk to a tram stop and also to Cabrini hospital, and there are plenty of cafes and also walking distance to Malvern Central. I am active member of Malvern Probus and have a large range of intellectual interests. I have been an Assoc Professor and ran my own recruitment business.
