Hi, I have a furnished double room, warm cozy home with a small outdoor area to sit out in, its quiet and private. The internal garage can be yours to use. Great area close to the Port hills/St Martins/Cashmere/Beckenham and town city - short walk to bus stop + shops. I'm an active cyclist and out most mornings before work and in the weekends. I also do some pet sitting locally looking after cats + dogs (at the owners' home only) I work full time in Sydenham I'm a clean, tidy, respectful & friendly person that likes to have a nice relaxing home environment If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
