We will rent out our spare room. My husband and I do not speak English, so we may be able to help someone who is studying Japanese. If you need to speak English, my son who lives with us and speaks English can help you. The house is close to Universal Studios Japan and the Osaka Expo site that will start in 2025. The nearest station is a 15 minute walk from the house. If you need a bicycle, I can lend you one, although it is an old one (please inquire). The nearest station is 4 stops from Osaka station. It takes 12 minutes by direct train. If you need to change trains, it takes 15-20 minutes. There is a bus stop near the house. If you do not want to walk, you can take a bus to Osaka Station. There is a public hot spring and a convenience store nearby. When you hand over the key to the house upon arrival, we will ask you for the accommodation fee and a copy of your passport. To prevent food poisoning, meals are generally not provided. If you wish to have a meal, please let us know your preferred time and we will accommodate you at that time. Meals are charged separately. You are free to use the kitchen, but please return it to its original state after use so that others may use it as well. Shampoo and conditioner are provided in the bathroom. Towels and bath towels are provided, but please wash them responsibly and return them to their original state after use. Washing machines are available, but we do not provide dry cleaning services. Separation of garbage is mandatory in Japan. If you are having drinks or lunch at home, please be sure to separate your garbage. We have guests staying at our house for a variety of purposes, and we would like to accommodate your needs as much as possible. During your stay, please do not disturb other guests by chatting or making noise late at night. If you wish to speak with us, we will speak Japanese. We will use an interpreter for conversations other than in Japanese. P.S. We are sorry, but we do not allow minors to stay alone. We offer a free kimono dressing service for those staying for one week or longer. Please understand that I am not always at home and may not be able to respond to your request.
