House is newly renovated with brand new flooring, paint, carpet, air conditioner, and appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, oven & microwave). 15min away from Northrop Grumman, 10min away from lockheed/NASA, and 45 min away from Edwards Air Force Base. 2min from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Month to month term lease available. looking for a clean, responsible, respectful working professional. You will be living with the owner and my two fur babies. The private room comes with a private bathroom with separate bath and shower. Room comes furnished with a Queen-sized platform bed a Dresser, Desk and bench and also sports A huge walk-in closet. Rent includes all utilities (up to $300/month) including Cleaning service, Pool cleaning and Pest Control. Room has its own Split unit temp control (AC/heater) as well as Portable fan, Refrigerator & Microwave. BBQ, Pool and Fire-pit in backyard are free to use as well as the washer and dryer. No garage parking, but there is always plenty of street parking available or possibly driveway parking. If moving in on the 1st of any month, first month's rent will include $1500 for rent and $850 for deposit for a total of $2350 due on move-in date. If moving in on any other day, 1st month's rent will be prorated accordingly. You must be fully employed, with proof of income via pay stubs or offer letter. Military, employees with security clearance (Northrop, lockheed, NASA, Edwards AFB), or healthcare workers are welcome! No pets or couples.
