This bright character flat is clean with hardwood floors and 9 foot ceilings. The front door opens to the front porch with a view of the mountains + water. It gets sun for most of the day and the beach is a short walk. The apartment is fully furnished including the available room which has a twin bed that you can pull out into a king if you want to get really luxurious. The kitchen is pretty well equipped too. Plenty of amenities a block away including a Whole Foods, and lots of good restaurants
