Summer is going to be awesome. Creative professional male will host at an architecturally designed furnished townhouse in Royal Oak. It is a three-bedroom 2-bathroom townhouse, lounge, separate dining/kitchen, French doors open out to awesome outdoor living with a wonderful pool and a small well-formed lawn. Automatic gates down a right of way to the house with off street parking. Private and secure, great sunbathing spot. I also have two dogs that spend time with co-parents in another part of Auckland but come back now and then to stay for a bit. They are seriously gentle, cute and well-behaved. I am a liberal, easy-going, fit, and house-proud person. I enjoy meeting new people. Non-smoker. Please be similar.
