This is a lovely unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. located in a very good area in Southport, close to everything. It's a 5min walk from Australia fair and shops. There's a beautiful area for walks and relaxing around Broadwater Parklands. It's a 3min walk from a tram station. I work part time and I like to have a quiet and peaceful place to rest, so this is not a party house. I keep the place always clean and organized and I expect the same from whoever is staying with me. I only accept girls or couples and non smokers please. And please, only people with good vibes!!!
