large en-suite room with three single beds in modern house, bright and quiet, 8 minutes walk from lUAS green line, Glencairn stop, 35 mins by tram to the city center, 1.5km from the final stop of Aircoach(line 700). We are a family of 3 with a 14-year-old son, I'm a housewife and my husband works at home most of the time. We offer a quite big room with two single beds, private bathroom / toilets, one parking space. We do not provide breakfast or meals but guests are free to use the kitchen and cook some light meals for themselves. There will be a shared use of fridge/freezer. Use of wahsing machine and dryer available and wifi included as well as other utilities are covered in rent. looking forward to hear from you !

Jing was nice, flexible and really fast responding. Both the bedroom and bathroom were really clean and good looking and the tram is just minutes away in walking distance. For me it was a really positive experience.

I am a student from Cavan studying at UCD. I have stayed at Jing's house and have had a great experience. They are very helpful and agreeable. For example there was no issue for me arriving in late after being out meeting friends. They have tea and food for me in the morning. The house is new and is like a hotel as it was recently built. I drive to the college from the house which takes 15 minutes (I can take the bus from the house if I wanted). When I am going out in the city centre i take the Luas which is at the end of the housing estate which brings be into the city for 1 euro. The Jing family are extremely nice and respectful and I can't recommend them enough.
