Tennis courts, Huge swimming pool, lake, clubhouse, jogging trails, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, Free parking. Walking distance to Malls, shopping Town and Country, restaurants, grocery stores. Close to major Highways Florida Turnpike, Baptist, Kendall and larkin Hospitals, FIU, Miami Dade College, Dadeland Mall. Getting around: There is a bus that stops at the corner. Round trip to the beach is only $7 on public transportation. We are in the corner of SW 117th Ave & Sunset Dr. (72nd St.) Nearby: Palms at Town & Country 5 min. Dadeland Mall 15 min. Miami Dade College 10 min. Brickell 30 min. Wynwood 35 min. Miami Beach 40 min. Isla Morada 1.5 hours. The Everglades 2.5 hours Key West 3 hours. Quiet and perfectly clean. View to lake w geese. Lovely grounds throughout the complex. Easy to walk for exercise. Pleasant host responds immediately to requests. Would definitely stay again.

I was worried because I was not good at English, but the host takes care of me one by one, and if I have any questions, the host always responds kindly. And thank you so much for going to the mart with me because I didn't have a car, and the host always welcomes me in a bright way. I highly recommend it. Thank you !
