"Welcome to your home away from home" . live with a friendly couple who love to cook and share their experiences about travel and life, or maybe even catch a movie at our big home cinema if time allows. location: it is in the central part of Berlin but in a quiet part. close to cafes, bars, supermarkets. Excellent public transport connections (3 different S-Bahn stations, bus, tram) Nature Nearby: 8 min to the River with boats and a park . . ###########Master bedroom and cinema room it is our main master bedroom that includes 2 large double bed and a large desk and a big mirror. with renting this room you can use the whole living room(cinema room) and enjoy watching movie at the big cinema theater. . ###########big room: it is about 22 square meters with a good view to the alley. It is also fully furnished with a sofa bed (120 *200) with a desk and wardrobe and library that is really easy to work from home. Also a balcony and kitchen and bathroom are available. . ########### light room: it is cozy but full-furnished. A comfortable double bed, closet, and a large mirror await you. Sima and Mohsen were incredibly hospitable and an absolute joy to be around. I had access to everything I needed and I was never afraid to ask for anything. I strongly recommend Sima and Mohsen, but be warned, Mohsen is a pretty good table tennis player.

Sima and Mohsen were great to work with. They have thought of everything to make my stay comfortable and rewarding. I was able to share many convivial moments with them and learn a lot about them and Berlin. I highly recommend their apartment, you won't regret it.

Sima and her husband were very welcoming and generous. The communication was good, the place was clean. We felt very much at ease in their home. The neighbourhood is calm and close to public transport (less than 30 minutes to the city centre). Close by there were cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Highly recommendable.

Everything was fine… Sima & her husband were nice & friendly. We only stayed one night, so we didn‘t see each other much. Arrived, went out to see a little bit of Berlin, came back late - and left in the morning before our hosts woke up. We had a separate small room with a double bed and shared the bathroom and the fridge. More was not necessary for us. The price was outstanding, because that day was the final of a soccer competition, everything else was very expensive. Only „bad“ thing I would mention: we had no own key. It wasn‘t a big problem, but if you stay longer… but maybe then you get one?! :-)
