Fully furnished bedroom with a small double bed with a memory foam mattress in a 1st floor flat in centre of Poundbury. Full use of kitchen/diner. Brand new bathroom with a powerful shower. Superfast broadband, netflix etc. Must like and get on with a pair of cats who do like to talk. Few minutes walk is a Waitrose and other shops at Queen mother square, 1 mile from Dorchester town centre, and a 10 minute walk to hospital, bus stop across the street. Off street parking and a secure residents bicycle store. All bills included, except food and toiletries. I am looking for a professional person who is very clean, takes personal hygiene seriously and does not smoke. Available in 3 weeks
