Wonderful newly renovated period house, nice, cozy and fully furnished house, internet and all bills included. Close to Monash Caulfield University. Short walk to the train station, IGA supermarket, KFC, MacD, cafés, restaurants and much more. 20 mins to Melbourne CBD. We are excited to create a warm, welcoming environment where we can all feel at home.
