It's more than homestay at lina's Home! To have amazing cultural experiences. I'd love meeting people from all around the world and sharing good times with them. Before I've studied and lived in Europe, it was an amazing experience , people were very nice there . And now , it comes you to visit China. Warmly welcome you to my home. My family are very friendly, would be happy if we could be of any help during your stay. So, feel free to ask anything about getting around in China, learning Chinese, traveling around and experiencing Chinese culture. Our apartment is duplex-style and located at the top floor with a big terrace where we've planted many flowers. It offers a clear view of our neighborhood. You can do the exercise or enjoy the outdoor there. I am renting out the whole top floor with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It's quiet, private and comfortable; with new facilities, air-conditioner, hairdryer and cozy new mattress etc. While my family is living downstairs, where it has a kitchen, a dining room and a big living room that we can have a tea or coffee there. I am a teacher teaching Chinese to foreign students. I'd love to show you Chinese history and culture, our folk culture and sceneries. So, you may learn some basic Chinese and have culture experiences if you choose to live in my apartment. My husband is very nice, and he is busy for work. And our mom she is a good cook. The previous international students all appreciated her cooking. She is easy going and likes doing exercise every day. The room rate includes the following services: full breakfast, capsule coffee, tea, purified water, washing machine usage, air-conditioner, internet access, umbrella. There is a free service that: We also supply a brief online class previous for indicating you how to set up an Alipay account and make sure you can use it directly for payment when you arrive to China.

We stayed with Lina and her family for 2 weeks as my children attended a Chinese Winter Camp at the start of Jan 2025. Me and the children had a fantastic time during our stay. The host was very welcoming and spoke fluent english. We had delicious local home cook meal everyday and the rooms was very clean, large and comfortable. The location was also great as it was close by to shops, restaurants and public transport which make getting around very convienent. I highly recommend this homestay if you are a family of 4, student or solo visitng Shanghai and want something different from the normal hotel or ABNB. This was a great way to learn and experience the culture and have someone local to guide us. I can't thank you enough for the hospitality shown to us and will definitely be back.
