*You'll be on the 2nd Floor of a 2 story private house. *The Bedroom is for 1 person. Approximately 80 square feet. *The Bedroom has a Twin Xl memory foam bed and a Roku TV. The TV is actually mounted on the wall. *I'll provide clean bedding, clean pillow cases, clean towel set & a clean bath robe. *You can also use the shared living Room that is right next to the bedroom. Approximately 200 square feet. It has a small dining table and a TV. *To use the TVs, you need to sign in to Roku's guest mode. Just follow the instructions on the TV. *It is an old house without soundproofing, with creaky floors & loud doors. *Summers are hot. The bedroom has a remote control air circulating fan. There is a portable air conditioner in the living room. *late fall and winter gets cold. When I turn up the heat the bedroom gets hotter than the rest of the unit. Everyone likes different temperatures so please let me know if it gets too cold so I can turn up the heat. I can provide an extra blanket if needed & requested. *Shared kitchen. Shared bathroom (for 1 person at a time). *In the kitchen there's a refrigerator (to open pull the center front of the door), a small microwave, a hot plate with 3 little pots, and there's a small air fryer. There's drinking water on top of the fridge and inside of the fridge. I also try to provide generic brand soda cans in the fridge and some frozen, microwavable food in the freezer. Also instant coffee, instant decaf coffee, powdered creamer, sugar packets, salt, pepper, instant oatmeal packets, extra snacks and microwavable Mac n cheese. The Plates, bowls & cups are in the upper kitchen cabinets. The forks, spoons, butter knife & can opener are in the drawer on the right side of the kitchen sink. Please do not cut directly on the countertop, use the cutting board. *In the bathroom you'll find shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream or shaving gel & toilet paper. In the upper cabinet you'll find toothpaste. Extra toilet paper, flushable wipes & feminine pads in the lower cabinet. *Based on a thoughtful suggestion from a previous guest, I'd like to offer a tip: If you're sensitive to light and/or sound, you might want to consider bringing along an eye mask and/or earplugs to help muffle the sounds of other people or if the outside noise happens to be a bit loud. These items can help ensure a more restful experience. *You may see my young adult kids working in our daughter's little art room right next to the living room. This little art room is not a shared space. As shown in the layout photo, just walk through to get to the living room. Please do not touch anything. Please do not use her space/stuff. *No cleaning fee unless you leave the place exceptionally dirty and/or damage anything. *Please make sure you read the captions on the pictures. *For the security of my family and our belongings and yours, Ring cameras are actively recording on the front exterior, back exterior of the property, the hallways and the art room.
