The place is nice, the bedroom is cozy. Zhitao is very pendant to everything, so thats good if you need something. During the summer days the room could be a bit to warm. There are more rules at the house, mostly common sence ones, but it would be nice to know all of them beforehand while booking (shower times, eating is only allowed at the dinning room, one time laundry for free, etc). Easy rules. Anyways the place was very organized and very quiet what is nice too. There are two buses that connect you with the skytrain in some minutes. Easy conncected.
