Hello! I'm CHEN, and I'm delighted to have the opportunity to introduce our family to you. My wife and I live together. I am an engineer by profession and my wife is a teacher. We like to travel and are happy to communicate with foreigners. We welcome foreigners who are interested in Taiwan's life, food and culture to experience and explore everything here. Our home has just been renovated this year, and we have begun working with local schools to host foreign students. Rental is limited to girls who are clean, will take care of common spaces, are polite and easy-going, and are willing to live with us, experience a beautiful life, and build friendships and shared memories together. We speak Chinese and Taiwanese and can communicate in simple English and Japanese. We welcome foreign friends who want short-term experience and long-term study abroad. As a teacher, my wife is also happy to help foreign friends who are interested in learning Chinese. We are a family full of love and laughter. As a host family, we understand that you may feel some discomfort when you are away from home, so we are also committed to making you feel the warmth and safety of home. The house has two floors, and each room has spacious and airy windows, clean sheets, comfortable beds, ample closet space, tables and chairs, and bright lights, allowing you to relax and focus on your studies. The furniture and equipment include: 75-inch TV, 100-inch projection screen + projector, home theater audio set, high-speed Wi-Fi, massage chair, washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, air frying oven, electronic stove, Dehumidifier, steam iron, hair dryer, water filter, water dispenser, vacuum cleaner, etc. The rooms are also quite clean and comfortable. You can treat them as your own warm home. We treat our guests like our own family and can provide help and advice at any time. The home is located next to the mangrove ecological reserve in Tamsui, with a beautiful and safe living environment. At the same time, Tamsui is a must-visit tourist attraction in Taipei, famous for its natural beauty, history, culture, and snacks. Tamsui is a safe, convenient and popular tourist attraction located in the northwest of Taipei Basin, surrounded by mountains and rivers (Datun Mountain and Tamsui River), with elegant scenery. Nearby are Beitou Hot Spring, Yangmingshan National Park, Shilin Night Market, National Palace Museum, etc., which are all great tourist attractions in Taipei. (As shown in the attached picture) It takes 3 minutes to walk to the Danhai lRT Ganzhenlin(竿蓁林)Station. It takes about 30 minutes to transfer to the Taipei MRT to reach Taipei Station. You can then transfer to the high-speed rail, train or bus to reach various scenic spots in Taiwan, which is very convenient. You can discuss your travel plans with us and we will give you the most suitable suggestions based on your preferences and interests.
