Fully furnished 1 private room near New Westminster Skytrain available ASAP. Hi there and welcome! We offer 1 private room available for 1 person in a shared home and is available now. The rent is $1,000/month without meals; with meals is additional $200. Utilities are all inclusive and the charming bedroom itself is fully furnished- you just need to bring your luggage, that's it. Unbeatable location: 1 minute from transit, shopping, banks, restaurants, also has a very nice large garden; 24 hours security with concierge; and the room itself is clean and nice with lots of sunlight, but also includes blackout curtains in the bedroom so you can sleep in as well; and quiet, too, since our home is located on the uppermost floor of the highrise building with thick glass windows, so you don't hear the noise outside. This space comes fully equipped with nicely appointed and useful furniture, beautiful art and decor, it has a Double sized bed with a great view of a large garden; has a study table, chair, big floor to ceiling closets, bookshelves, free internet, and when you look through your room window or simply lying in bed, there is the spectacular view as well of the scenic and historic Fraser River through the big windows in the room. There is direct access to shopping, transit and entertainment all from the convenience of our front door. Our very secured high-rise home is located in the most central New Westminster Downtown (little trivia: New Westminster was BC's former capital during the last century, so there are lots of beautiful heritage houses in the vicinity) and is directly connected to the fast, convenient, and efficient Skytrain system (first in Canada), so transit is literally 1 minute away from our doorstep (so you won't get wet when it rains!). New Westminster is the best Skytrain station in the whole of Metro Vancouver, as daily errands do not even require a car as practically everywhere is just nearby. There is shopping mall with huge Safeway (supermarket/ grocery); Starbucks and Tim Hortons coffee shops, plenty of restaurants; pharmacies, Shoppers Drug Mart, a big Save-On-Foods supermarket; Dollar stores; banks: CIBC, TD Bank, Scotiabank, BMO; plus a ten-theater cineplex landmark Cinema accessible by walking the minute you step out from the door. There is free use of gym to keep you fit, and even a steam sauna; lounge and games room with big flat screen TV. Meanwhile, there is access to a big garden with benches; free in-suite laundry and dryer; a well equipped kitchen with big fridge, microwave, and oven also available if you want to cook yourself; and shared bathroom with the other 1 student only. A refreshing early morning jogging activity or an afternoon stroll beside the Quay Docks Boardwalk/ Quay Pier Park and the mighty Frasier River waterfront is just half a block away. 10 minutes bus ride to New Westminster Secondary School; 15 minutes Skytrain to SFU Surrey; plus traveling aproximately 15 minutes to Metrotown (the biggest mall in Vancouver); and 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver as well via the Skytrain. Bus terminals are just 3 minutes walk.
