We are a strictly non-smoking property. My husband and I own and live in a traditional Brooklyn townhouse in Bushwick. Modern, spacious and cozy apartment, only 2 blocks to the popular l train that will take you to Manhattan in less than 20 minutes. There are 2 rooms available: Garden Alcove: On the ground floor of a classic Brooklyn townhouse. Fully furnished and equipped with high speed internet, WIFI connection, smart TV, central heat and AC, fully equipped kitchen (no stove) and direct access to a private garden. Kitchen includes a crock pot, rice cooker, Nespresso machine and tea kettle. linen is included. large, private, windowed room: On the ground floor of a classic Brooklyn townhouse. Fully furnished and equipped with high speed internet, WIFI connection, smart TV, central heat and AC. Refrigerator and microwave provided. Both spaces share a bathroom which is regularly maintained. Full payment is required around time of reservation. We will provide payment method details once a deposit is placed. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date for a refund. There will be a 25% cancellation fee.
