We are located at 5 minutes walking distance from the very nice Montsouris park and the great bars of Butte aux Cailles' quarter. All the shops are less than 1minute walking: Bakeries, Pharmacy, various Supermarkets, Cinemas, Bars, Brasseries, Restaurants etc. Close to all public transportation, 250 meters from Alesia metro station, line 4, RER B. To give you more details about the house: I live in this 130m2 home with my wonderful 20-year-old twins and two other very discreet and kind students. The house has two floors (I can send you a video by email if you wish). I have my own space on another level. The common areas include another bathroom and the kitchen. Access to the kitchen is at specific times, as I need the space around 8:15 PM (to be arranged according to your schedule, of course!) to prepare dinner for my sons and spend time with them. However, everything generally works out very well here, and everyone has their own routines! We all have a designated space in the refrigerator.
