We are a professional married couple so seeking similar likeness of quiet life style. Students considered especially masters or above. Would suit those who drive due to remote location. Room decorated to good standard and is loft room with velux window. Beautiful views. 1.5 mile walk to Birling Gap and other beautiful downs locations. Baby due 14th December so do not apply if this will be an issue to you. Room on a 6 month trial at first then will review. All bills included. Viewings highly welcome and encouraged.
