My home is located just outside of Duluth city limits on 3.5 acres. It's secluded and peaceful, but only 15 minutes from anything Duluth has to offer. The house is an updated farm house, the acreage includes lots of apple trees, a fire pit, and a large grassy yard. Guests would have the upstairs to themselves, which includes a bedroom with a full-size mattress, a private bathroom, and a loft/lounge area. Other areas in the house are shared-kitchen, laundry, porches (there are three, one is a screened-in porch), firepit area, workout equipment.
