This is a fully furnished guest room with shared bathroom in a condo close to the Domain, Q2 stadium, and major employers, and about 13 minutes from downtown. Updated furnished modern condo in a great neighborhood. Garage with Tesla Battery Charger and additional off-street parking space. Hardwood floors on the first floor, with carpeted bedrooms on the second floor. Outside living area with grill among other great amenities. Complex has tennis courts, dog park, swimming pool and community center. The guest room has a full bed with blackout curtains and a mounted Roku TV. There is a small walk-in closet, with hangers and shelves for storage, as well as plenty of storage under the bed and in the night-stand. The condo has 1.5 bathrooms. Guests can use either bathroom. The single shower would be shared with me, but if you prefer to have your own bathroom space, you can use the half-bath as a personal bathroom. The full bathroom has a bidet and I can provide towels, toilet paper, and hand soap to use as needed. I have a spacious kitchen where you are welcome to use space in the fridge, the stove and oven, a 13-quart air fryer, food processor, standard pots & pans, dishes and flatware. I also have an in-unit washer and dryer that you are welcome to use as-needed. Feel free to make yourself at home in the living room to relax or use the Roku TV, or use the TV in the guest room when you'd prefer more privacy. I will be living in the home and staying in the master bedroom. I am low key and currently work a hybrid schedule during the day and some night shifts. If you need anything I will be happy to assist.
