Our property has an independent one-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and bathroom and a balcony facing the street, which shares the access with our house, built behind. We are located less than 90 meters from the main square of the city, Parque leoncio Vidal, in one of the main arteries that flow into it. The balcony offers views of one of the streets closest to small commercial establishments, as well as the extensive cultural life of the City. We are a married couple with a teenage daughter, as the two eldest live independently, although they constantly visit us and interact with our clients. However, we adjust to your interests in terms of privacy and schedules. You can bring guests as long as they conform to the rules of the house, although parties and events are not allowed. Your pet will be welcome too. We offer massage, taxi and laundry services at an extra cost. We have parking space for bikes and motorcycles and, in the case of cars, we provide you with a safe place at an extra cost. If you arrive in the city in another way, we will give you the necessary instructions or we will receive you at the bus station.
