It's a 110 year old tenement building, and there are 3 flights of stairs to walk up, but everything works and the neighborhood is walkable and packed with live performances, interesting inexpensive restaurants and Tompkins Square Park.

Jennifer is nice enoug but...I ended up sharing the apprtment with a guy she was renting the other room to. I wish she would have told me ahead that she wasn' t going to be the one I was goign to she the appartment with. Another thing is, besides the bathroom, the place was pretty messy and not clean at all...The were no shades at the windows of the bedroom I was renting so it wasn't very cozy and restfull. All together a bit disappointed but I have to admit that most of the time, I had the place to myself and the location was good.

The place is amazing and cozy , the bed so comfortable. Jennifer is awesome lady and she gave me some New York best secrets that helped me a lot. I felt like Im home .
