Hi! I'm Kat, mom to two young kids who are with me 50% of the time. Our home is only 2 years old and is a large 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a lovely backyard. We have a beautiful, large bright room upstairs available for rent. The room features a walk-in closet, large window seat, queen-sized bed, desk, Samsung Frame TV and dresser. Next door is a full bathroom and laundry room located across the hall. We are looking forward to learning about new cultures and sharing our culture with a student, new immigrant or traveller. We mostly work from home and enjoy outdoor activities in our beautiful area like, hiking, boating, paddle-boarding, bike-riding and exploring. We have 2 dogs that are very friendly and sweet. We do not offer meals, but welcome our guests to use our large kitchen and BBQ. The bus route is 1 block away and we are very close to many walking trails. We may also be able to assist with rides occasionally. looking forward to hearing more about you! Thanks for stopping by!
