located in quiet and central Royal Oak, we have a private room with bathroom available. We are a young professional couple with a 2 year old daughter, a (very quiet) dog, and a cat. You will have a bright, private downstairs bedroom and private bathroom with shower (towels provided). Access to small backyard next to your room. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed (bedding included), lounge chair, TV, mini fridge to yourself with access to the main level kitchen if needed! (Food is NOT included). Wifi and utilities are included. We are looking for a quiet, single, female looking to come visit Victoria for school or travel. We are located very centrally, near lots of walking trails, parks, the Royal Oak bus exchange, the Commonwealth Pool Rec. Centre. It is 25 minute walk to Camosun College Interurban campus, and just a 3 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. We look forward to hearing from you!
