Approximately 15m2, has a double bed of 105x190cm with high quality sheets and pillows, 55'' lED Screen TV (including all apps as Disney, Hbo, Netflix, etc.), fully equipped desk, chair, wardrobe and private bathroom inside the room. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, all the necessary appliances - toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron, kettle - enough kitchenware and utensils for all its tenants) also has a dining room and a very cozy living room. The flat is centrally heated throughout. In the flat you will live permanently with Ezequiel, Ali and Tango (an adorable, small & quiet doggy who will always be with us). We are both very responsible, bilingual, funny and world travelers as we love to know different cultures and people from all over the world. At our flat, a former 17th century convent that still preserves its original domed ceilings, you will enjoy an unbeatable location in the heart of Madrid de los Austrias, very close to the la latina metro station, also has numerous bus stops with excellent connections throughout the city, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, theatres, monuments, Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, a 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol and many meeting places for you to live Madrid and enjoy the traditional spirit of the city. We would like to mention that the flat has a room available so that during your stay you can receive and enjoy friends/family who want to visit you, at a cost per day/night and availability.
