Bright and pleasant room in a rustic-bohemian house, built in 1830. Barcelona city centre, Ciutat Vella, Born. The house was used as an upholstery workshop and was renovated into a residential premises. The second floor is for rent, with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom for them. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room. Air conditioning. Washing machine, dishwasher. Artistic atmosphere. Prices are flexible. I am Sasha. I like art and good company, reading and watching movies. I would love to have you in my house, as long as you respect the rules of this. Sasha's rules: Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed. When the kitchen is used, it is cleaned up. The bathroom is left dry and in good condition. If you need anything, ask me, I am willing to help. Food is not brought up to the rooms. Respect rest and tranquility for a nice coexistence.
