Welcoming family home with mother and son, who lives in downstairs annex. Our dog Rusty is a miniature yorkie. Very friendly and spends most time with my Son downstairs The double room outlooks the garden with sunset view. Has wardrobes and drawers and Ottoman double bed. The single room outlooks the green with lovely sunrise view. Small double bed, has a built in single wardrobe, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Full bathroom and kitchen use at any time. - Although only two of us here, we also have members of family round on occasion such as my elder children and grandchildren. - living area includes Tv with Virgin broad brand box. Open plan into the dining area with dining table and chairs. - The kitchen and bathroom newly refurbished. - Smoking allowed in garden only. - Driveway with 1 parking space and extra parking on road. Close to local shops in forestdale and selsdon. Good local transport to East Croydon station and surrounding areas. Approx 35 mins to london -council tax band D.
