Private backyard with full washing line. Shared bathroom however 2 toilets. Fully functioning laundry with all cleaning/ laundry supplies. Freshly washed linen & towels provided. Open plan living/ lounge area. 19kms from City by car (25- 30 mins depending on traffic) 40-45 min train ride with train station a 5 min walk from the house. Fully furnished bedroom with Queen size bed, draws, wardrobe & bedding. Unlimited wifi. Office next to bedroom available with desk, office chair, chargers, heating & leisure books. Heating/ cooling in all rooms of the house. 2 resident cats live at the house. Close to shopping centre, cinema, public leisure centre & several parks. On street parking available. Students/ working professionals preferred. I work shift work as a nurse so often out of the house leaving it peaceful to study however happy to have a night in with boardgames, movies etc
