My beautiful home is in a quiet, guard gated community, located approximately one mile from the Huntington Beach Pier, and downtown shops and restaurants. Pacific City is an upscale, beachfront outdoor shopping plaza is also located nearby. The home is conveniently located near bus transportation to Orange Coast College (OCC) and the University of California, Irvine (UCI). The community has three lovely pools. My home has two lovely patios where students can enjoy the outdoors while studying. The guest room has a large desk, dresser, night stand, and lovely twin bed that converts to a very comfortable down filled sofa . There is a bathroom adjacent to the guest room. Your hostess is a retired teacher who spent 34 years working with English learners in a large school district. Since retiring, I now teach and co-lead the ESl program at my church. I am an avid fan of theater and ballet. I enjoy having students from different cultures stay in my home.
