The apartment is 20 minutes walking to Acropolis,between alsos park and National garden which is next to parliament , Syntagma square ( center of Athens ). Half hour walking to Univercity campus . 45 minutes from airport by bus . WiFi speed: DW: 50Mbps/ UP: 5Mbps . Very good physical ventilation because appartment is on corner . Aircondition and electric fans also available . In winter central heating and electric air heating in every room is available . I used to run my buissiness , retail of houseware . Then worked as salesman . The 5 things i cannot live without is music , books , films , fotos , swimming . Museum books in English are available in the appartment . Î™n this house only i live and nobody visits me . I have no health problems .There are sanitising and cleansing gel bottles in every part of the house . The cleaning fee referes to cleaning the room after you check out .

Konstantin is a friendly and helpful host, who answers quickly. The location of the flat is perfect, calm but very near of the national garden. Very good value for money. Hope to come back soon in Athen !! Isabelle and Nicolas.

I did enjoy my stay. Konstantinos was very nice, helpful and friendly. He keep room and unit clean and tidy. I also liked the area very much, so close to panathenaic stadium, bar and restaurant. Quiet at night. I made a right decision to stay at his unit. I'll stay there again if I have a chance to go to Athens again.
