Three bedroom bath and a half home located in quiet neighborhood easy walk to the beach restaurants and shops. I have two extra bedrooms you can choose whichever one you want. I am a single woman in my early 50s and I live alone no pets non-smoker I keep a very tidy home. There is a nice patio in the backyard where you can barbecue and just enjoy being outdoors. I have lived in the area for a while so I can also assist with making recommendations on places to go and things to do.
