We have two spare rooms available from 2024/09/06 till 2025/1/10. The house is located in a very beautiful area with Glendowie park, Churchill park, Roberta reserve and Crossfield park all within walking distance, 10 minutes walk to ocean. Glendowie school, Churchill park school, St Heliers school Glendowie college and sacred heart college are all closeby. The bus stop to the town center is right in front of the house. We are a happy and friendly family, we love outdoor and travel. looking forward to welcome nice family to live with us. Our house is furnished with fridge, wash machine, dishwasher, queen bed and wardrobe in the bedrooms. Heat-pump in living room and the panel heater in room as well. The kitchen and toilet was renovated recently. We have a dog . She is very friendly. We are looking for dog friendly families or couples. The kitchen and living room are both spacious. It is a cosy home. International students families are warm welcome! Ready to just move in and live. If the rent is less than three months, it is $1000/week for two rooms including internet and utility cost. If the rent is over three month, it is $900/week including the cost. I could only block the room for the booking after the deposit of one month payment is paid(for booking less than two months, full payment is required to guarantee the booking). At arrival you need to pay ahead of time for every two weeks or paid monthly ahead of time. If staying less than what booked in, one month of notice is expected to get the deposit back.
