located in the popular inner city community of Marda loop, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The private downstairs bedroom is large with plenty of space, 11 foot ceilings, walk in closet and a huge window that brings in plenty of sunlight. There is access to your own full bathroom right beside the room. The basement has a treadmill and for your convivence a mini fridge. The home is shared with 1 professional adult and a small child (7 yrs Boy) who is heavily active in sports and activities. I work in the Accounting field. My son is attending French school and loves soccer and gymnastics.
